Develop the Feasibility Study

Undertake the various technical requirements from government to develop a feasibility study to look at how people and vehicles move through and within the area, what people want to see change / improve and make initial suggestions based on these findings as to how the right changes for local people can be brought forward.
Then... we wait!
With the Feasibility Study submitted back to central government we will then have to wait and see if Calderdale and Skircoat will be taken forward to the next stage and get more funding to develop and ultimately deliver changes to the streets in the area. Even if we are not selected to be taken forward we will still have a great plan for the next time a funding opportunity comes around.
